Human Resources

Human Resources is the backbone of our Personnel. You'll work directly with Management to bring in new Paid Workers and Volunteers, keep our people supported, and make sure the organization runs fairly and by the book.

• Review and process employment and volunteer applications
• Conduct interviews and onboard new Personnel
• Maintain Personnel records, including Leave of Absence requests
• Serve as a point of contact for Personnel concerns and disputes
• Help enforce organizational policy consistently and impartially
• Attend staff meetings and support events as needed

What We're Looking For

• Organized, dependable, and good with people
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential matters
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A genuine interest in conservation, agriculture, or community work
• Prior HR, administrative, or management experience preferred, not required

Compensation

• $10,000 per meeting, or event
• $5,000 per application processed
• Weekly maximum of $30,000

Requirements

• This position is full time, you'll be working forty (40) hours a week. ((See below for OOC requirements.))
• Background check consent is a requirement.
• Felons are encouraged to apply should their hopes be to have us assist them with their expungement. Paid positions have a higher level of scrutiny, so your application being accepted is not guaranteed.

(( OOC Requirements ))

• (( Paid positions are "full time", however that doesn't mean we expect you to play 40 hours or exclusively with us. We'd like to see you do at least two-three applications and one event per month at minimum. ))
• (( If you're in a management or supervisory position, you're expected to assist/run one event per month. ))
• (( We encourage all applicants to apply regardless of knowledge level or research into the topic of roleplay. We will help train you! ))
